Ambry Gnome

The Ambry Gnomes are known to live in closets, cupboards, and cellars where they work tirelessly to turn juice and barley into wine and beer.

At the Under Step Brewery, Jacob Mosholder prepares the cider for fermentation.  Then leaves it in the closet under his stairs where these guys do the rest.  Resulting in delicious, knock you on your butt, hard cider!

Hundreds of years ago, a small group of gnomes were exiled from their community after a night of drunken belligerence.  In search of shelter they found refuge in the cabinets (ambries) and cellars of a monastery.  Precisely where the monks stored their wheat, barely, and grape juice.  Ever since then the Monks have been revered as the experts of beer crafting.  But now you know, its really these tiny folk who deserve the credit.
